(Don't know if such a service or fair exists for Americas or Asia.) And there are quiet a number of exhibitors of South-East Asia. Custom made is eventually to be found not as hardware but as service.
It's already set up for the coming fair in the coming winter. I'd use the terms case or enclosure to search there Opens a new window. The exhibition provides a product and exhibitor search service. There are also manufacturers of standard and of custom made cases. It's the largest fair of this kind in continental Europe.
I usually attend the fair embedded world usually around end of February or beginning of March.
